Do you have a pricing structure for each product set?
We are aware that price sensitivity is an issue when launching an entrepreneurial venture and as a result vary our charging structure in each situation. It may be the case that an entrepreneurial team has not raised any finance to date and as a result, we may well create payment terms which allow some compensation to occur in the form of equity.
Are you appropriately certified to offer specific financial advice?
When a full complement of staff is established, Converge Advisors and Associates directors will be either Financial Conduct Authority registered individuals or qualified accountants, who are regulated by their individual bodies. As the business grows we expect to gain further UK, European and North American regulatory approval to offer corporate finance advice. This will sit alongside our strategic advisory offering.
